JH series Alcohol recovery tower

Purpose
Pieces of this device is suitable for pharmaceutical, foodstuff, light industry, chemical industry, etc thin alcohol recovery. Can also be applied to other solvent of methanol distillation. This device according to the requirement of the user, can dilute alcohol distillation is about 30°to 90-95°alcohol.
 

Device characteristics
In pieces the device adopts new type, high efficiency stainless steel mesh packing, distillation tower body adopts stainless steel. Every contact alcohol equipment, such as condenser, buffer tank, cooling coil adopt stainless steel, to ensure that the finished product alcohol is not contaminated. Still adopts the detachable u heating tube, when maintenance u-shaped tube can be removed from the kettle, facilitate the heating tube outer wall and distillation kettle wall cleaning. This device can batch production, can also be half continuous production.

装置组成

◆本装置有JH-200、JH-300、JH-400、JH-500、JH-600、JH-800六种规格，每种规格包括相应配套的蒸馏塔、蒸馏釜、冷凝器、冷却器、稳压罐。比重测定器及其它辅助设备用户自备。我厂也可按用户要求另行加工供应。
 

工程流程

◆图1为JH-400、JH-500、JH-600的工艺流程图。
◆图2为JH-200、JH-300蒸馏塔主体外形图。其工艺流程与图1同。不同之处是、JH-200、JH-300的塔与塔釜直接连接成一体。
 

安装须知

◆蒸馏塔的安装除要求塔的垂直度气密性、稳定性外，每段塔节波纹填料的安装好坏是影响塔效率的关键，具体要求是：
  1每钵波纹填料必须安放水平，四周用石棉绳或聚四氯烯刨花塞实，以防料液走“短路”。
  2填料之间应贴紧，不得有间隙，相接触的两钵波纹填料方向呈90°交错排列。
  3每段塔节两端的填料石，应于法兰面平，以使两段塔节连接后，其两个端面的填料之间的间隙尽量小。
