Application:
This equipment is suitable for precipitating alcohol in Chinese medicine, oral, food, health products, biological drugs, chemical industry, etc. Alcohol depositing tank, which is the special equipment for developing old technology of alcohol precipitation, is mainly used to do the operation of freeze or warm alcohol precipitation of concentrated liquor after the concentration of Chinese medicine decoction, and also can be used to operate the water sedimentation of the concentration of Chinese medicine alcohol extraction.
Structure and features:
(1) This equipment consists of ellipsoidal head with jacket, Cylindrical body with conebottom, push type of stir reducer inside, special fine-tune rotation drain pipe, discharge valve displayed under the tank-bottom diameter device, etc.
(2) Jacket in the tank can be injetted with cooling saltwater or cooling water to make the feed liquid be indirect cooled and to control the temperature of alcohol precipitation. It is better to do the liquid-soild seperation with deposit method in low temperature to improve the purity and clarity of Chinese medicine extract.
