Summary:
■Our product JRF series vertical metal coal-burning indirect-heating hot-air furnace, which was designed by Chinese Academy of Agricultural Engineering and reached domestic advanced level by fifth upgrading, flnally obtained chinese patent in Feb.2, 1989. It integrates burning and heat-exchange and adopts the newest indirect-heating technology of using high-temperature part to heat transfer. Fume and air take each pipe without any pollution during heating. The heat-efficiency could be 65-80%. It features rapid heating-up, small volume, easy of installation, operational safety and low price (compared with 1 t boiler, the price only be half of the boiler heating system.) It adopts high-temperature-resistant method to lengthen the servise life than multitubular hot-air furnace. The outlet hot-air temperature could be 300℃. Moreover, if special design, the temperature will reach 500~800℃. It also adopts the exhaustsmoke methods that vertial scourring thermal sink and subpressure suction with no dust at heat exchange parts and no needs of cleaning, stable thermal property. It can use several kinds of coal or firwood as heat sources and also be equipped with twice air intake device to burn completely. All technical targetes have reached the national advanced level.
■This furnace is a popular hot-air device which can be matched with any drying equipments. It is widely used to heat and dehumidify the agricultural products such as foodgrain, seed, fodder, fruit, dehydrated vegetables, mushroom, agaric, white fungus, tea-leaves, tobacco leaves, etc. and food, pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, light and heavy industrial products. Besides, it also can use to heat up all kinds of devices and dehumidify storehouse.

Note:
1. Output temperature is the upvaluation of temperature when the input temperature is 20℃.
2. When the output temperature is higher than 300℃, the inwall of hot-air furnace could be made of high-temperature-resistant materials such as stainless steel. And the price will be negotiated.
3. Burning value of coal is caculated as 22990KJ/kg.
4. Installation drawing can be offered.
5. The output temperature can be 500℃-800℃ when special designed and the price will be negotiated.
