Summary:
(1) ZCG vacuum cross-flow drier, a new generation and combination of mixing&drying dry device which is designed combined with similar domestic product. Vacuum drying device consists of a drier,a condenser and a vacuum pump. (If there is no need of menstruum recycled, the condenser is unnecessary.)
(2) It features advanced design, simple internal structure, easy to clean and discharge, simple operation and it also can reduce the work intensity and improve the working enviroment. The stirring of rake tooth keeps handling the materials without accumulated material on the wall, so that the heat transfer coefficient is larger and drying speed is fast. Not only to save energy, but also to dry materials evenly with good quality. It can be widely used in industries such as pharmacy, chemical, food, dye and so on in accordance with “GMP”requirement in drug industry.
Working principle:
Recently, with the quality management of drug production “GMP” carried out, the equipment which will work at clean area requires easy of operation and clearance. This device, a new intermittent horizontal vacuum drying equipment, which develops on the basic of orginal product, features short drying time, no dead corner, small land area and also accords with “GMP” requirement. This device adopts large surface interlining heating way to keep the large heat transfer surface and high heat-efficiency. And also be equipped with the mixer, it keeps handling materials and evaporate the wet-materials to make them to move left-right, so that to further improve the heating uniformity of materials. Finally the evaporation will be pumped by vacuum pump.
