Summary:
1. Boling drier, (also called fluilized bed), consists of air-filter, heater, boiling bead host, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal fan and operation board. According to different material properties, when dust collection equipments matched, cyclone separator and bag filter can be selected together or one of them. Generally, to dry higher gravity materials such as medicinal purposes and granular materials only needs the cyclone separator; moreover, to dry lower gravity of small granular and powder materials needs bag filter and also pneumatic feeding device and belt conveyor for selection.
2. Grained soild materials are fed into fluidized bed drier by feeder. Clean air after filteration and heating will be blowed into the bottom distributing plates of fluidized bed by fan and touched with soild materials to form the heat and mass transfer from fluidizaton to gas-solid. Materials will be discharged after be dried. Waste gas will be discharged from the top of the boiling bed and finally emptied after the soild powder be collected by the cyclone separator and bag filter.
3. According to users’ requirements, steam\ electricity\hot blast stove all can be matched.
4. It is suitable for drying grained materials, such as raw materials of medicine, tablet granules, traditional Chinese medicine granules, plastic resin\citric acid in chemical raw materials, other powder, granular materials; and also food&drink granules, grain processing, corn germ, feed, etc. The grain size could be maximum 6mm and best of 0.5-3mm.
Product advantages:
It can be automatical production and is a continous drier. It features rapid dry, low temperature, so that to ensure the product quality and comply with GMP requirement of medicines production.
