Spray direr special for Chinese Medical Concrete, which is developed on the basic of foreign technology, is suitable for drying low melting point and high sugar content Chinese Medicines. It features no material sticking and not easy to moisture absorption, etc. The dry product properties of this device makes the spray dry high automation, easy of operation and comply with GMP requirements; moreover, the calculation and decision of technical parameters are all completed by computer. The successful development of this device had solved the technical problems that low melting point and high-sugar content of traditional Chinese medicine products can’t be spray dried for years; moreover, it is also a new development of spray drier applied technology in the filed of Chinese Medicines industry.
 
Features:
1. Rapid dry, only needs a dozen seconds to be instant dry.
2. During the drying, the temperature of drops is lower. It is special for drying thermosensitive materials to keep their color, smell and taste.
3. In order to prevent the sticking occurred in the dry tower, this device has equipped with a special structure that can effectively avoid the stick phenomenon.
4. Special wind supply system will separate the dry products and wet hot air in the system in time; so that to avoid the possibility of the moisture absorption or agglomeration of the dry products.
 
Principle:
1. Air enters into the hot-air distributor at the top of drying chamber through the heater and then the hot-air enters into drying chamber evenly with the form of a helix. Feed liquid is pumped to the centrifugal sprayer at the top of drying chamber and to be sprayed into smallest mist droplets with great surface area of contact with the hot air, the water evaporated quickly and be dried into dry products within a very short period of time. The dry products will be separated from wet-air by cyclone separator and then pass through the aggregate vortex room at the bottom of cyclone separator to be blowed into small cyclone separator with dry-air; meanwhile, the final products will be collected in the collection bowl and the tail-gas will also be discharged by fan.
2. All the hot-air system, blowing system and winding system of the drier are provided with roughing efficiency /medium efficiency/sub-high efficiency air filters. All the air will be filtered before enters into the dry system. All the sections which contact with materials must be made of stainless steel and conform to GMP requirements.
