YPL Pressure spray drying granulator

■ With the high-pressure pump’s pressure, YPG series spray drier adopts pressure sprayer to atomize the solution, suspension, emulsion and cream paste material into fine droplets and then exchange the heat with high-temperature air rapidly. So that it can dry material into fine granular continuously in the extreme period of time.

1. Name and state of materials.
2. Production, liquid materials handling capacity, water content or soild content.
3. Original liquid material temperature, specific gravity, viscosity, surface tension.
4. Air-inlet temperature, product heat-resistant temperature.
5. Product water content, particle size.
6. Heat method, contact way of hot-air and materials (downstream and upstream).
