■ Air enters into the hot-air distributor “3” at the top of drying chamber through filter “1” and heater “2” and then the hot-air enters into drying chamber “4” evenly with the form of a helix. Feed liquid passes through filter “5” and then is pumped by “6” to the centrifugal sprayer “7” at the top of drying chamber, so that to be sprayed into smallest mist droplets with great surface area of contact with the hot air, the water evaporated quickly and be dried into granular products within a very short period of time. To discharge the waste wet air which is at the tower bottom and cyclones “8” by fan “9”.
Features and application:
1. Rapid dry. By centrifugal sprayed, feed liquid’s surface area inscreases; under high-temperature air-flow, it will be evaporated 95%-98% water instantaneously, so that it only needs few seconds to finish all the dry work.
2. It is suitable for thermosensitive materials. As the droplets flow as cocurrent direction with hot air, although the hot air has a high temperature, materials evaporation will not overheat; the temperature distribution of drying tower as shown.
3. Wide application. It can produce a large number of very different physical properties of materials, such as Polymer and Resin; Dyes, pigments; ceramic, glass, herbicide, insecticide; Carbohydrate; Dairy Products; Blood and fish products; Fertilizer; organic compounds、inorganic compound, etc.
4. Products have the good dispersity, fulidity and solubility. Due to the instant dry, materials could be the fine and even granular.
5. Simple manufacture process, easy of operation. For the solution with moisture content 40-60% (special material could be 90%), it can be dried into powder product only once. There is no need to grind and select them again after be dried, so that to reduce manufacturing processes and improve products’ purity. Product’s particle size, bulk density, water content can be adjusted by changing operation conditions within a certain range. So that it is easy of control and manage.
