The principle of design:
Filtering and washing “two-in-one” device can be made from 304, 316L, titanium, Hastelloy, PTFE material lined and other materials. The design principle is as follows:
1.The whole vessel is designed and made according to pressure vessel standard.
2.It can work in the closed environment in the whole process.
3.At the filtering stage, it mainly relied on vacuum on the bottom part of vessel. In order to improve the filtering efficiency, pressure can be brought in the vessel, but generally no more than 0.3 MPa.
4.After the filter cake is dried, it’s in high density, so the S-type blade looses the filter cake though the anticlockwise rotation, ascending and descending.
5.At the washing stage, the materials in the vessel can be totally washed though the clockwise rotation, up and down by the S-type blades
6.The bottom plate and the vessel are not removable. The supporting network and punching plate on the bottom plate will not only help liquid flow, but also make installing filter cloth easier.
7.Filter cloth, non-woven cloth and sintering net can be used as the medium of filtration
8.Products are discharged through S-type blades automatically from the side discharge outlet.
9.Clockwise and anticlockwise rotation of the agitator are driven by motor reducing gear, and regulate the ascending and descending speed. Both domestic andimport ed reducers are acceptable.
