Non-toxic anticorrosive pigments ---- Aluminium Tripolyphosphate Series
Polymeric phosphate anticorrosive pigments, white powder form, main component is AlH2P3O10-H2O. It has excellent anticorrosive capability and characteristics of non-toxic, non-heavy metals, acid resistant, high-temperature resistant, stable property, etc. It has good compatibility with all kinds of oil-soluble and water-soluble resins, is the ideal pigment for producing anticorrosive primers, paints integrating primer and finish together and coatings of non-lead, fire-retardant, heavy duty anticorrosion, etc.
aluminum dihydrogen tripolyphosphate is a new non-toxic white anticorrosive pigment for painting. The product quality has been tested
according to the standards of Volkswagenwerk, Germany. Results showed
that its performance of anticorrosion is better than that of lead red or zinc
yellow. In 2000, our production was increased to 2,000 tons in order to satisfy customers' needs. We would like to cooperate with other paint companies.
APW-1:completely modified by zinc oxide,can be used directly in manufacturing paints.Normally,used in solvent based paint.
