Property:Formed from dilute alcohol in fine hexagonal lamellae, the appearance of white or light yellow crystalline, slightly sulfide odor. Soluble in water, soluble in warm dilute alcohol, acid and sodium hydroxide, insoluble in pure alcohol, ether and benzene. Melting point of 280-281 ℃.
Use:Medicine as a component of amino acid infusion, is an essential amino acid. Can also be used as food additives.
