Working method Put the baking tray, glass receptacles or heating cart into chamber, switch on the PLC system. hen inner circulating blower begins to work to heat up in the mean time the butterfly valve turns on and temperature of drying chamber rises rapidly. With the help of inner-circulating blower, hot dry air passes through heat resistant filter into chamber and forms evenly airflow by slight addition adjustable board. fter absorbing moisture in the surface of target material, the hot air evaporates when passed through heating tunnel. ith the decline of moisture and supplement of fresh air regularly, he chamber forms slight over pressure condition, nd constant temperature ends, thus marks the end of procedure. hen turn on air blow or water flow in for mandatory cooling, auto butterfly stops. The signal of sound and light tells that target materials are ready to take out.
