PetroChina lifted inner settlement prices of gasoline between Northeast China Marketing Company and provincial sales branches outside the region by Yuan 50/mt, effective from Jul 25, according to company sources.
The prices were raised in Beijing, Hebei, Shandong, Shanghai, Fujian, Jiangxi, Henan and Guangdong, the sources said.
The rises were in line with gains in international crude prices, the sources also said, adding the inner settlement prices were relatively low as domestic gasoline supply was tightening.
PetroChina boosted gasoline wholesale prices in some areas like Sichuan, Guangzhou, Jiangxi and Shanghai after the hikes in inner settlement prices.
Gasoil inner settlement prices were unchanged.
PetroChina last adjusting inner settlement prices of oil products in late June, reducing Yuan 100/mt for gasoline and Yuan 40-80/mt for gasoil.
