PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical is expected to raise its LPG supply from the present 200mt per day to 500mt per day after it wraps up turnaround in end July, a source with the refinery said.
The supply may go back to normal level at the end of this month or early next month, the source added.
Located in the Northwest China's Gansu Province, Lanzhou Petrochemical is equipped with 13-mil-mt/yr topping capacity. It has a 1.4-mil-mt/yr delayed coker, a 300,000mt/yr gas fractionation unit and two fluid catalytic crackers with annual capacities of 3-mil mt and 1.4-mil mt, respectively. Its LPG output is around 400mt per day normally.
