US propane and propylene stocks rose 300,000 barrels to 75.9 million barrels in the reporting week that ended Friday, Energy Information Administration data showed Thursday.
Midwest supplies fell 500,000 barrels to 28.4 million barrels; East Coast supplies were flat at 6.4 million barrels; Gulf Coast stocks were up 500,000 barrels to 37.9 million barrels, and West Coast/Rocky Mountain region inventories were flat at 3.2 million barrels, the data showed.
Stocks of propylene for non-fuel use, at 4.4 million barrels, were down 100,000 barrels on the week.
The EIA data was published on Thursday because of the Columbus Day holiday on Monday.
