Japan's exports of ethylene and ethylene derivatives in June rose 2.5% from May to 121,800 ethylene equivalent tons, data released Friday by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry showed.
But June exports of ethylene and ethylene derivatives were down 16.5% year on year.
Meanwhile, imports slid to 59,200 EET in June, down 33.9% from May and also down 29.6% year on year.
The table below shows Japan's export and import volumes for low density polyethylene, high density PE, polystyrene, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, polyvinyl chloride, styrene monomer, vinyl chloride monomer, and ethylene.
