Iran's Petrochemical Commercial Company has sold at least 220,000 mt of LPG, in five 44,000 mt cargoes, for July loading via tenders and private negotiations, market sources said this week.
All five cargoes were for loading from Bandar Imam Khomeini or Assaluyeh, and were sold on an FOB basis, sources said.
All five cargoes were heard sold to two South Korean trading companies. Meanwhile, there were also market talks that the Iranian LPG supplier has likely sold one more, or a sixth cargo, but buyer details of the said deal are not known.
"I don't think anybody else is touching Iranian cargoes now, so it's all going to the South Koreans," a London-based trader said Thursday.
Details such as product ratio, loading dates and prices were not available.
Meanwhile, market sources said that PCC has yet to sell any August-loading product.
PCC had sold -- via tenders and private negotiations -- at least 220,000 mt of mixed refrigerated LPG via five 44,000 mt cargoes for June loading, trade sources said earlier.
