Recently, the Hunan Department of Commerce released the market prices of production materials in Hunan for the fourth week of 2024 (January 22-28). The average sales price of cement in the province is 324.43 RMB/ton, a decrease of 2.5% and a year-on-year decrease of 2.5%. By variety, the average sales price of ordinary Portland cement is 313.85 RMB/ton, a decrease of 2% and a year-on-year decrease of 17.7%; The average sales price of composite Portland cement was 335 RMB/ton, a decrease of 2.9% and a year-on-year increase of 17.8%.
The cement market prices in the province have been declining for four consecutive weeks, with a cumulative decline of 5.8%, which is 8.39 RMB/ton lower than the same period last year, basically equivalent.
