The domestic supply of NBR is basically stable, the enterprise inventory is small, and the ex-factory price of NBR is stable in December 2021. It is understood that as of December 31, Lanzhou Petrochemical nitrile N41E reported 22-800 RMB/ ton, 3305E reported 23,100 RMB/ ton and 3308E reported 24,200 RMB/ ton. On the one hand, the ex-factory price was stable, on the other hand, the environmental protection monitoring in winter reduced the start-up of nitrile downstream products enterprises, the demand side was weak, and the market traders' offer fell slightly.In December 2021, the prices of raw materials butadiene and acrylonitrile fell, and the cost side was empty. According to the monitoring of SunSirs, as of December 31, the price of butadiene was 4,451 RMB/ ton, down 27.26% from 6,120 RMB/ ton at the beginning of the month; As of December 31, the price of acrylonitrile was 14,560 RMB/ ton, down 7.36% from 15,716 RMB/ ton at the beginning of the month.
SunSirs NBR analysts believe that the cost side is empty and the demand side is weak. Although there is little pressure on the supply side, it is expected that the price of China NBR will fluctuate weakly in the later stage.
