Domestic DDGS prices ushered in a downward trend this week. At the beginning of the week, the average market price of domestic DDGS was RMB 2,556/ton. On September 2, the average market price of domestic DDGS was RMB 2,513/ton, and the price dropped by 1.7%.
Demand for terminal feed weakens, domestic DDGS market declines
At the beginning of September, the demand for domestic DDGS terminal aquatic feed declined, and the substitute soybean meal rapeseed meal performed generally, which was negatively suppressed. The price of domestic DDGS ushered in a decline, and the quotations of alcohol plants fell one after another. The mainstream quotation was about 2500 yuan/ton. Among them, Heyang Alcohol DDGS quoted at RMB 2580/ton, and the price fell by RMB 20/ton. Jilin Dongfeng's DDGS offer was stable at RMB 2,520/ton.
Feed demand is flat, and the market outlook for domestic DDGS is still under pressure.
