Total US propane and propylene inventories increased by 1.1 million barrels to 44.8 million barrels in the reporting week that ended March 30, according to US Energy Information Administration data released Wednesday.
Gulf Coast stocks rose 300,000 barrels to 23.7 million barrels, Midwest supplies gained 500,000 barrels to 17.2 million barrels, and East Coast supplies rose 400,000 barrels to 3.1 million barrels.
Nonfuel propylene inventories fell 100,000 barrels to 4.1 million barrels, EIA said.
