The trading quotient made a small adjustment in the week and concluded negotiations. In April, some manufacturers have maintenance plan, and the expected inventory is under no pressure. Downstream is currently on demand.
Butadiene and styrene fell in March, and the cost side was short. According to the monitoring of SunSirs, the price of butadiene at the beginning of the month was 8,368 RMB/ ton, and the price at the end of the month was 7,860 RMB/ ton, with an overall decrease of 6.08%; the price of styrene at the beginning of the month was 9,783 RMB/ ton, and the price at the end of the month was 8,533 RMB/ ton, with an overall decrease of 12.78%.
SunSirs analysts believe that in the later period, the SBR manufacturers have maintenance plans, the pressure on the supply side is small, but the cost side is empty, and the growth rate of downstream demand is not obvious, so it is expected that the price of SBR will fall in the later period in China.
