Marathon Oil Corp. said losses widened in the fourth quarter as the coronavirus pandemic continues to challenge the energy industry.
The energy company recorded a $338 million loss, compared with a $20 million loss in the same period a year ago. It had a loss of 43 cents a share, compared with 3 cents in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue and other income fell to $830 million from $1.22 billion a year earlier. Analysts expected $849.5 million.
