Total US propane and propylene inventories decreased by 900,000 barrels to 54.3 million during the reporting week ending January 6, US Energy Information Administration data released Wednesday showed.
Gulf Coast stocks dropped 300,000 barrels to 24.1 million barrels. Midwest supplies fell 100,000 barrels to 23 million barrels and East Coast stocks fell 300,000 barrels to 5.3 million barrels.
Stocks of propylene for non-fuel use gained 100,000 barrels to 5.6 million.
