The import tariffs for rubber were last revised in 2010.
According to the statement, TSR (Technically Specified Rubber) grades which fall under HS (Harmonized System) code 40011000, are subject to an import duty of 10% or Yuan 720($115)/mt, whichever is less.
RSS (Ribbed Smoked Sheet) grades under HS code 40012200 are subject to an import duty of 20% or Yuan 2,000/mt, whichever is less.

The HS is an international standard of names and numbers for classifying traded products that was developed and maintained by the World Customs Organization.
