Indonesia's Petrowidada plans to restart its its 70,000 mt/year phthalic anhydride plant and its 30,000 mt/year dioctyl phthalate plant at Gresik, East Java on January 3 or 4 after 10 days of maintenance, a company source said Thursday.
The plants were shut December 24 and term contract cargoes would be delivered as per normal, the source added.
Due to the shutdown, Petrowidada is not seeking any feedstock orthoxylene cargoes from the spot market this week.
