China supplied 99,000 tonnes of jet fuel to international flight in November, down by 51% from the previous month, according to data released by the General Administration of Customs.
The volume accounted for 26% of China’s total jet fuel exports in the month, down by 18 percentage points year on year.
The large decline was probably due to delayed customs clearance of certain exports, market sources said.
The total transport turnover of international flight fell by only 5.4% in November, showed figures released by the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China.
China exported 210,176 tonnes of jet produced from supplied materials in November, up by 18% month on month, the GAC data showed. Most of the resource was destined for Hong Kong, Macao, Vietnam and South Korea.
