Spot regasification capacity for November will be allocated on a first come, first-served basis at the 8 billion cubic meters/year Adriatic LNG terminal offshore Porto Levante, Italy, terminal operator Adriatic LNG said Thursday.
Spot capacity is available for a November 25-28 unloading slot. The maximum volume of LNG that can be unloaded is 145,000 cu m (equivalent to 3.1 Bcf of gas).
The scheduled arrival range is November 25-27 and the redelivery period is November 22-December 18.
The applicable tariff is the rate for spot regasification service published on the website, according to the company.
In a separate notice, the company said it received no requests for its November monthly capacity subscription process. As a result, the allocation process for spot capacity will open starting November 22. Dates of the unloading slots are subject to change, the company said.
The company said last month that 145,000 cu m of LNG will be available for a December 19-22 slot and a similar amount for a December 27-30 slot.
Adriatic LNG is an Italian joint-venture company owned by ExxonMobil Italiana Gas, with a 70.7% stake, Qatar Petroleum subsidiary Qatar Terminal, with 22%, and French-Italian utility Edison, with 7.3%.
Eighty percent of terminal capacity, or 6.4 Bcm/year, goes to Edison, under a take-or-pay contract. The rest is available to third parties.
