Sabic and Shell have each nominated their monoethylene glycol Asia Contract Price for December at more than $100/mt lower than their November nomination, sources close to the matter said Wednesday.
The sources said Sabic nominated its MEG ACP for December at $940/mt CFR Asia, down $140/mt from the month before, while Shell nominated at $900/mt, down $170/mt over the same period.
There are three MEG ACP sellers in Asia -- MEGlobal, Sabic and Shell. Last week, MEGlobal nominated its December MEG ACP at $950/mt CFR Asia, down $150/mt from November, S&P Global Platts reported earlier.
