London — Russian export duties on benzene, toluene and xylenes will be increased by 5.3% on the month to $41.20/mt in October, the economy ministry said on its website Thursday.
The BTX duties will remain at 30% of the crude oil export duty, the same proportion as in 2017. Export duties on crude oil are set to rise to $137.50/mt.
Export duties for some sorts of crude oil will remain at zero next month.
Ethane, butane and isobutane exports will incur a $10.90/mt export duty. The export duties for other LPG will be set at $27.40/mt. Until August LPG exports had not incurred any duty since January 2015.
Naphtha export duties will be set at $75.60/mt.
