Operation rates of independent refineries in Shandong Province averaged 41.0% on Thursday, slightly up by 0.2 percentage points from a week ago, C1 research showed.
As of Oct 13, a total of 24 independent refineries were in operations, with daily throughput up by 600mt from a week ago to 83,800mt, according to C1 research.
C1's research involves in 32 independent refineries, with annual oil refining capacities aggregating 67.35-mil mt, accounting for 91% of the total topping capacity of Shandong independent refineries.
