Operation rates of independent refineries in Shandong Province averaged 40.8% on Thursday, slightly up by 0.1 percentage points from a week ago, C1 research showed.
As of Sep 29, a total of 26 independent refineries were in operations, with daily throughput up by 200mt from a week ago to 83,200mt, according to C1 research.
C1's research involves in 32 independent refineries, with annual oil refining capacities aggregating 67.35-mil mt, accounting for 91% of the total topping capacity of Shandong independent refineries.
