Hard coal production by Turkey's state hard coal producer Turkiye Taskomur Kurumu (TTK) in April fell 13.9% month on month to 129,633 mt, which was 12.1% below expected production, TTK said Tuesday.
Of that production, 79,477 mt was available for sale, 13.6% less than anticipated, with the remainder supplied to TTK's long-term customers.
Production in the first four months of 2016 was 548,663 mt, down 8.15% on expected production and of which 323,867 mt was available for sale.
