Work principle:
The cone with mixer is downward. Mixing form can be chosen freely according to the characters of materials. The material is sent to the equipment from loading position on the side of the equipment. The continuous turning of the mixing blade makes reaction, crystallization and concentration.
2.Filtering stage:
Rotate the container for 180 degrees and turn the cone with the filtering plate downward. Connect the bottom of this cone with a vacuum device and complete the separation of filter cake and mother liquid.
3.Washing stage:
After filtering, take into the lotion, then start the mixing liquid, rotate the container at the same time, crash the filter cake and purify it further by lotion, then wash the rest mother liquid and dehydrate.
4.Drying stage:
After the second filtering stage, anti-blow the container by nitrogen gas through the vacuum orifice. Make the filter cake separate from the filter net. Rotate the container, and in this process, let the filter cake crashed by crasher. Make the hot water circulate in the jacket to heat the whole container, dry the material under the vacuum condition. Sampling in place process is also done. The tornado separation machine can catch and gather the tiny powder while the condenser can collect organic solvent.
