Property: Cinnamaldehyde is naturally found in cinnamon oil and is usually synthesized. It is a yellow strongly refracted liquid that turns dark brown and sticky when exposed to light and air. Has a special smell of cinnamon oil and burnt aroma, slightly soluble in water, soluble in ethanol and ether, insoluble in petroleum ether.
To use: Mainly used in food, beverage, medicine, wine, endowing cinnamon flavor of the spice industry.
